Welcome! I’m absolutely thrilled to share some of my most exciting accomplishments with you. 

I’ve worn many hats over the years, from being a speaker, workshop host, and business networking enthusiast to an awards judge.

But that’s not all; I also spent 16 incredible years as a salon owner and even dabbled in higher education as a lecturer. 

Let me take you on a quick tour of my journey through the diverse worlds of business, health, beauty, and education.

For an amazing 16 years, I was the proud owner of a thriving salon, where I honed my skills and expertise in the beauty industry.
It was a haven where clients could not only get top-notch services but also have a memorable experience. 

Managing the intricacies of a successful salon gave me unique insights into the industry and business, and I loved every moment of it.

I also ventured into the world of higher education.

Being a lecturer allowed me to share my passion and wisdom with future professionals in the health and beauty field, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they needed to succeed.

Imagine being on stage and having the audience hanging on to every word you say, ready to jump into action. Well, that’s the kind of magic I create. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking in both the UK and the USA. I've covered a wide range of topics; my journey from Beauty Therapist to Salon Owner and Lecturer, as well as the client experience and entrepreneurship and customised planning. 

I absolutely love connecting with people and inspiring them to make a difference.

One of my proudest moments was being asked to be the keynote speaker at the prestigious Kent Health & Beauty Awards.

It was such an honour to be part of an event that celebrates excellence in the industry.

I’ve had the privilege of being a judge at the Kent Women in Business Awards and the Kent Health & Beauty Awards, multiple times. 

It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of the process of recognising and celebrating outstanding achievements in these fields.

Workshops are where I get to roll up my sleeves and dive into interactive learning and skill development. 

Covering topics from the client experience, productivity, and professional development, in person and virtually, is where I shine. 

Additionally, I've presented group workshops and individual coaching programmes on customised planning strategies for busy women looking to find more time in their day, both personally and professionally.

Guiding participants through workshops is where I really come alive. My favourite part? Watching participants have those “a-ha” moments and leaving the workshop feeling empowered to reach their full potential.
