Helen Still – My Story
Welcome! I’m absolutely thrilled to share some of my most exciting accomplishments with you.
I’ve worn many hats over the years, from being a speaker, workshop host, and business networking enthusiast to an awards judge.
But that’s not all; I also spent 16 incredible years as a salon owner and even dabbled in higher education as a lecturer.

Seasoned Salon Owner
For an amazing 16 years, I was the proud owner of a thriving salon, where I honed my skills and expertise in the beauty industry.
It was a haven where clients could not only get top-notch services but also have a memorable experience.
Managing the intricacies of a successful salon gave me unique insights into the industry and business, and I loved every moment of it.
Higher Education Lecturer
I also ventured into the world of higher education, where I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with eager students.
Being a lecturer allowed me to share my passion and knowledge with future professionals in the health and beauty field, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they needed to succeed.
International Speaker Who Loves to Wow
Imagine being on stage and having the audience hanging on to every word you say, ready to jump into action. Well, that’s the kind of magic I create. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking in both the UK and the USA, covering a wide range of topics, from my health and beauty journey from therapist to salon owner and lecturer to the client experience and entrepreneurship.
I absolutely love connecting with people and inspiring them to make a difference.

One of my proudest moments was being asked to be the keynote speaker at the prestigious Kent Health & Beauty Awards.

I’ve had the privilege of being a judge at the Kent Women in Business Awards and the Kent Health & Beauty Awards multiple times.
It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of the process of recognising and celebrating outstanding achievements in these fields.
Workshop Maestro
Workshops are where I get to roll up my sleeves and dive into interactive learning and skill development.
I’ve hosted plenty of them, both in person and virtually, covering topics like the client experience, productivity and professional development.
Guiding participants through Workshops is where I really come alive. My favourite part? Watching participants have those “a-ha” moments and leaving the workshop feeling empowered to reach their full potential.

In the world of business, networking is gold.
Not only have I been a sought-after speaker at various business networking events, but I’ve also hosted and facilitated them.
